Blitz and RBGs back to hardmode for a while. Last time this broke it took Blizz about a month to fix.

BGE is broken, but the issue from before was that the nameplate range for your target was bugged. Nameplate range is still working fine.
True true. Hopefully it’s a quick fix on the dev side then.

Did they reset MMR again? That would be fun.
From today as of what I’ve noticed in rated solo & random bgs: Kotmogu is causing constant disconnects, and flag carriers do not show up on the map or on the UI. The dragonflight honor consumables like embers / tea also throw a wrong zone message now, but that’s probably intentional.

Blizzard isn’t the developer of BGE. They didn’t fix anything.

Yeah I have not been using BGE for very long and I miss it today.
Flag carriers are not showing in the interface now, unit frames or flags on the map from what I see it adds an interesting layer to CTF. not being able to just click and ping the EFC

I noticed that too. That sounds like an in house problem.
Yeah probably intentional because I know they don’t work in WW zones.
Blizzard broke nameplates and distance earlier in DF. They develop the game of WoW, which they had to correct to make BGE work. That’s not the case this time. This time it was an API change which had to be corrected within the addon. There’s a hand-patched version floating around now you can get from some streamers, but no one’s done a PR yet on the official addon repo.
The lack of FC unit frame in the default interface is a bit of a problem. Not sure if that was an intentional change?

is this post about the addon or is it about something else? BGE is not run by blizzard so it’s not blizzard’s job to fix it
Yea I disabled it as soon as it started spamming me with LUA errors and didn’t show up.
I think it’s about the addon Battleground Enemies.
Battleground enemy updated but didnt show enemy trinket and Dr. Anyone know why?
