Which healers tend to be the best at teamfights? Not necessarily just objectives.
It’s situational
In Arathi Basin, Priests and Resto Shams would have an advantage over other healers at LM because of their mindcontrols / knock-offs.
In smaller 2v2 / 3v3 skirmishes, a resto Druid would have an advantage over other healers due to cyclone, though Mistweavers as well due to their mobility and difficulty training them.
Best for team fights I would say priest (both specs), shaman and evoker. MW can be good as well, their toolkit just isn’t as strong at AoE healing.
Pallies and druids tend to be better for arena healing. They can do team fights in BGs as well but the skill cap is much higher than other healers.
disc is a strong team fighter. tanky with instant casts. but if you want simple and ez go with monk. literally two button healer.
pres and rsham would be next and they have nice group heals but rshams get globalled to much to be effective. more than monks and pres.
rdruids and hpals next. rdruids can put up big numbers but they dont have “oh crud” heals when the enemy is popping cds and the health bars are going down super fast. priests have bubbles/pain sup and instant heals. good for combating spikey dps. its crazy out there right now.
The regular cookie cutter build is only OK at AoE healing
But if you shy away from the regular go-to builds for monk you’ll enter territory of insane aoe healing
