BG hack/exploit - super speed, immune to CC

Myself and the rest of the level 60 Twin Peaks BG I was in just witnessed an Alliance Paladin flag-carrier run pretty much the entire distance of Horde base to Alliance base 3 times faster than any kind of sprint ability whilst all the time being CC immune. We only ended up winning because whatever hack or exploit he was using wore off just shy of the left ramp leading up to the Alliance base and we had 2 convoke Druids waiting there for him.

Anyone else experienced seeing something like this? Myself and others in the BG reported it, but I’m wondering how prevalent this is (first time seeing it myself).

Can’t decide whether my favourite part about these threads is the 0 screenshots of auras/buffs and no footage, or when they specifically call somebody out so the mods take it down.

Get off it. A screenshot is not going to show the movement he was going at, or him being immune to all the CC being thrown at him along the length of the BG. And sure, I’ll go right ahead and download some capture software in the middle of it all…right…

I know what ability possibilities are within the realms of Blizzard’s mechanics. This was not intended. Got better things to do than make something up.

edit: Oh look, other people experience similar things

(not specifically referring to the MC bug, but other people chiming into the thread and mentioning teleporting/speeding monk, and rogues, etc)

I haven’t seen that. Only thing I’ve seen is someone having a good run with flags straight down the middle of the map about 100 yards in the air.

What you said is not MC bug. That doesn’t increase movement speed nor make them immune to cc.

Yes there is an exploit or bug like that in the game . But you can’t call out ppl by name , you will get a forum vacation . I would edit the post.

i’m not sure what’s worse, the paladin exploiting or proving that druids need a nerf.

The Mc bug Just glitches the player out, right? Sorta blink all around as they move?

Next time you see something suspicious you can type /combatlog to start recording every action/aura of every player in the BG into a text file. You can upload those logs to warcraftlogs and check for any weird buffs or abilities.

Last I checked Warriors can’t one shot anything unless it’s a fresh 60.
