Lmao, just got out of a winning in-progress Seething Shore where I backfilled in towards the start of the match (about 3-4 minutes in according to the timer). When I zoned in the score was A: 300 azerite / H: 100 azerite. About 25 seconds after I zoned in the team nabbed another piece of azerite, bringing the score to A: 400 to H: 100.
Obviously that score indicates that the Alliance team was winning/ahead, so whoever left and opened up a spot for me was probably not a big fan of this bg map/didn’t want to be there anymore.
Just another example of people “voting with their feet” and simply leaving/afking out of unfun bg maps in the absence of blacklist

Or something came up, or they got DC’d, or they had low gear so people afk kicked them out. Many reasons why people leave BGs.

It’s also possible it’s late expansion and someone like me is in there just hazing some poor soul. I remember in legion repeatedly MC’ing, shining force, and fearing this guy in an eots to his death and never capping the base so he had to respawn at the same gy at MT every time. Also spamming emojis like /lol, /fart, and /stink like a child and that person left after a couple deaths. Their team was winning too.

Yea. I’ve loaded into winning matches of almost every bg over the course of wow (not just this expansion)
Seething shore does suck though. Healers seem to make or break the map because my enjoyment goes up the fewer healers there are. Getting a 3 heals and 7 dps where it’s team battle after team battle in a pug just isn’t fun to me personally.

Is there something fishy going on in IoC? I got into one last night and Alliance capped hangar before we even got in the mountain path.
It’s been a while since I’ve done a BG but that seems wrong.
Alliance can touch the flag just a smidge faster than horde with the slightly optimal path in the terrain. Then if you couple that with a lightfoot potion/rocket boost, you can gain a couple seconds.
Any BG that doesn’t let me GY camp is a bad BG.

Waited 47 minutes to get an AV with a group of players spending the entire time spamming useless quests to the rest of the raid.
So that was fun.

The other epics I did this week weren’t that long. Around 20.
Tonight’s queue appeared to be an outlier. I never got a brawl queue to pop either, but I did play two epics while in that queue.

I really wanted to like BfA but it was a disappointment. Classic has managed to hold my interest for almost year. A game without bloodelves, dks, dhs and 
.
I don’t know how you guys hang in there with the constant resource grind in retail. I couldn’t do it anymore.

I wasn’t planning on coming back at all honestly. Im mostly goofing off since I got bored of not being able to do anything.
I may have to go to classic since my computer technically doesn’t meet the minimum graphics card for shadowlands. I’ll have to see how bad the pre patch messes up my ability to play. I’m not investing in a new one just to play WoW.
