I will give another try to blitz after this “changes” if I see no improvement I’m just going to move on to something else. As long as the duo system is still a thing blitz might be doomed from the looks of it.

They can set a behind the scenes randomizer on the queue click. So if you click it, it will randomly take your click between 0-X seconds. X being the minimum value needed to safely spread players out. So the UI says you’re queued but you may not actually start looking for group for 40 seconds.

Ideas like that, I dont know why they dont do stuff like that, adjust their queue system.

Yep that dithering I’ve suggested in the past, though that was in regards to epic premades, as it seems an easy fix,and there is some reason they do not do it. Either there are some technological hurdles, or they just do not see that much of a problem on their end, or something else, probably reasonable.
We shall see.
I think tuesday will help alot, no more giving people lobbies with 5 of one class. Better match making, putting players that are 1800 in 1400 lobbies is not cool either.

Ill give it another chance Tuesday. Couldn’t bring myself to play all week. Atleast i wont be facing 4 Rogues in basin vs 0.

Analogy, Bank robbers heist on one of those Bank Trucks, and get away, tons of people are picking up loose cash on the street… Do they arrest all those people or ignore them and chase the actual robbers?
Soo many are taking the short cuts, I can see why Blizzard does not wanna focus on the every day players getting a lil boost. So they make changes to the Blitz system making it harder to do whats going on. It makes sense, shut down the bad guys. In the long run will cost the bad actors a TON.
Either way I think Tuesdays Patch will be awesome and help allot.

It has gotten so bad that they do not even have a topic for it anymore.

This whole week I only won three rated bgs, I know I will get spammed try harder.
One person cannot lose the bg for the whole team unless they bot and drop the flag at the other people’s team, I have seen it and have the stream five times and how do you report that in a rated bg?
You can’t do it at the end I tried.
You send a report to support, and they tell you to come here.
You call the people out in here; they take down your post or ban you.
You get mad and cuss they block your account for a month.
You call out a gm that you see playing with these people and they ban you.
Who do you turn to in a game that should be fair and balanced?
It’s not.
This post, like my others, will go unnoticed or a GM will flag it because they believe the game is simply fine but it’s not.
When you drop 100 ratings in a week because the game is allowing people to cue and leave cue 15 times in a role to allow bots to get in the game then you are on the horde team all week long , I don’t play horde , I have not been on a ally team all week and know i did no choose it be on it .
I got to 1500 ranking and then this started, bounced from 1398 to 1430 now back to 1397.
People will say get good, I play my part, which is not the issue.
The issue is this game allows too many bots to play or they set up to lose rank at 1500 so you can’t get to 1500 unless you do something else besides rated battle grounds.
I’m a BM hunter and in a single or twos bg I don’t stand a chance and would lose more rating.

You come to troll ill just flag your commit and let them deal with it.
I am looking for answers not people that give me issues every time I post the gm does nothing to them, but I respond and get banned.

The “GET GUD” tactic is what they use to either silence or derail the discussion, best to ignore and stay on subject. That or trolls just wanting ya to get frustrated.

What they are doing is selling duo boosts I am pretty sure. At the top there is some cringe stuff going on but not surprises based on who I heard it is. Just top end RBGers living up to the bracket reputation if true. But it’s isn’t the “OMG EVERYONE IS SYNC QUEUING AHHHHH” that people are making it out to be.
You know how hard it is to do this (almost impossible) if you aren’t sitting at the top of the ratings?
Ya some things came out recently that show it’s most likely happening there.

Wow third party websites are advertising boosting in World of Warcraft? That’s only existed for literally the entirety of the game. If you can’t get rating in BG Blitz, it is 100% a personal gameplay issue. Right now it’s incredibly easy to climb to high MMRs that you don’t deserve to be at. If you can’t break a certain rating threshold, perhaps you should work on improving your gameplay rather than going to the forums tossing around ridiculous conspiracy theories about why you can’t climb. I’m not denying there is boosting, however, it’s not happening at the top ratings as Swole suggested at the top of the thread. And it’s certainly not as rampant as many of you suggest, especially not rampant enough to prevent you from surpassing 1500, 1700, 2k or even 2400 rating.

That is apart of the propaganda to demoralize players, make them give up, and just give into the website advertisements for ““COACHING”” to the desired customer rating. And shame players from speaking up and coming forward.
Why I liked solo shuffle in dragonflight, players who never had ratings before got some, and the “OLD GUARD” was like, thats not a reeeeal rating lol. Same as now, when everyone is in Blitz, the other brackets are dead, yeah Blitz is real, they earned it.

This isn’t propaganda. If you can’t sustain greater than a 50% winrate, even at low ratings, that’s the game working correctly and keeping you in the MMR range you deserve to be playing at.
Yeah…because who would think that team composition and actual teamwork would have ANY bearing on the outcome of a game?

Sure, but being aware of the bigger picture on how to win blitz games matters a lot more. You can carry games just by being in the right position, rather than sitting at a base padding on targets that don’t die because it’s The War Within and healers are immortal.
My main point being, if you even have a 51% winrate you climb rating. If you can’t sustain this, stop blaming everyone else and try to improve your own gameplay. It can’t ALWAYS be everyone else’s fault when plenty of people have no issue gaining rating.

These premade rmt cheaters telling players, you need to just try harder lol.
Even an AWC champ cant win when the other team is a premade of professionals getting their customers to their desired purchased rating.
This is just all a diversion from the fact that people are raking in the cash right now. Highly organized dodgy websites that act as a front, with staff, overhead, funding, in game operators and even people that handle finance. Most of them Boast about their Rank 1 staff.

Lilbeadie if you spent half as much effort trying to improve at the game as you do commenting on literally every forum thread with the same conspiracy, you’d easily be able to improve and have better than a 40% winrate at 1700 rating.

Here is a good example guys, ratings shaming, they want YOU the player to feel bad about a video game, just one more of their dirty tactics to try and divert players from talking about the websites they work for. They have allot more to lose than you do, they have rent due at the end of the month and gotta fill those boost orders…
Their jobs are on the line, many starving artist Gladiators out there that would love to join the club and make that money. Not to mention competing boosting organizations all fighting over that pile of cash.
