Bg Blitz gameplay is too toxic

1400 to 1600 blitz has to be the MOST toxic gameplay I’ve ever seen. I’m not even talking about the chat inside. I’m referring to the actual gameplay being committed.

In most of the matches I’ve noticed that there’s routinely two or three afkers at the start who are late to the fights. That puts your team at an incredible disadvantage. This is especially true if it happens to be a healer.

Then you can count in the amount of really bad decisions you see random players make like never taking lava cart in mines or capping bases then immediately ghosting in AB. I watched five dps struggle to cap a BS against a healer and one dps…

Flag maps are just as equally a toss up lately. Most teams do not bother to stop the mid fight or wipe the other team’s offense. If the other team gets their mid control going, you can’t even make it out the GY or get to the other base.

This kind of gameplay is why the majority of the playerbase (I believe) gets frustrated and stuck at that bracket. This coupled with the fact that wins get you nowhere with rating. Something has to change blizzard.

Games were someone steps up and takes charge usually end ok. I was lucky enough to land in some 1500 games where someone took charge and directed our herd of cats just well enough we won a few games.

Games with no leader are usually clown shows.

I am so far in the red as it pertains to win ratios. So many bad games due to players these days having next to no situational awareness. I literally just left a game where I as affliction was making flag caps and getting bases solo.

We had a fistweaver who couldn’t heal team at all. And we had a rogue was literally in combat the most but did the least damage counting in ALL players. We ended up losing all bases because they wouldn’t leave LH…

It’s amazing that people can find the queue button to even get into battlegrounds!
