I’ve been spamming AV since prepatch and see way more people AFKing than before. I hope all these scumbags miss out on arcanite ripper and the scourge invasion

Yeah, nothing bad should ever happen and no mistakes should ever happen. The world should be perfect.
They refund you for lost game time usually in cases of false positives.

Yup. I have 50+ hours of steamed footage since Wednesday of me doing AV participating the entire time, and got caught up in it.

How do you know that? There’s zero chance you know more about why someone was banned then Blizz. Could be afk, could be dropping Death Gates, you have no idea unless you were banned and they told you why.
Mistakes that cost players money and lost time should never, occur, period. It’s bad business and Blizzard IS a business.
No, they do NOT refund game time anymore for ban appeals. Not sure where you think they do, or why.
Yes, that’s right. A ban-wave is automated, meaning no human eyes have reviewed it. IE; technology isn’t always good. Congratulations.

This would not have happened if we had LFG. People would have done dungeons rather than AFK in AV. BLIZZARD ADD LFG!!!

I got a friend that got banned we did every av together sat in the same spot but they got banned and i didnt even tho we got flags towers and killed van? So my question is why am I not banned since we did the same objectives every game? The answer is simple the report system is flawed and flagging people for no reason. Please stop defending blizzard they really don’t care about you the just want $$$

Lol every game I could see 2-4 people 100% afk at van / drek or towers during a turtle.
Not participating etc. The number of bans look legit to me lol.
Zero damage done. Not moving to another bunker that was taken to back cap is not participating.
Sitting in Van/Dreks room for 80% of the game waiting for the enemy team to finally get to you is not participating.
Been the case since Classic…

All the bans are reviewed by GMs and your stats are all visible to them. Damage done. Movement etc.

av is an afk bg. You run to a tower and stand there. You run to the enemy base and stand there waiting on pull.
its a afk game after the first 5 minutes.

You still need to do things if you rush Van. I rush Van every game and still attack the ally i see.

The problem is there are people claiming otherwise. And those of us wanting to make sure that Blizzard is doing right.
We’ve seen Blizzard do inappropriate bans before, Even I got banned once incorrectly. Automated systems and all.
If I am wrong, and every person claiming they were innocent is lying, then GOOD! I hope I am. I don’t want innocent people banned at all.

I am afking AV and typing this as we speak because Blizzard hasn’t added LFG. Maybe this ban wave will get more people on board with LFG and blizzard will finally add it. Until then I will afk in AV to get my levels.
I got hit with a MONTH. And no i wasn’t afk’ing. It’s hard when you’re leveling up via AV, can’t do damage so you end up defending. And the way it goes, is after 2 bunkers are up, people rush in and kill Van immediately. So exactly how much damage or “activity” are you going to have? So what, we have no choice but to follow the other zugs?
