Now that we see some spec’s come online It would be nice to be able to swap out BFD trinkets somehow. Currently playing disc as priest but plan on playing shadow for phase 2. I got the quest item again and it says “this quest is completed already”

I mean, the choice was obvious. You either get the BiS for healing or get the almost BiS for healing with the option to play 2 specs.
No I won it with a greed from my guild run because we all got it after 10 raids. Don’t see how that is a concern.

Well there is a pretty big reason. Enjoyment. It should be the biggest reason to do anything in the game. And plus if you didn’t enjoy shadow this phase why would you enjoy it next phase? We already have majority of our abilities
Please don’t spew any nonsense about not doing big numbers. Sure in the 99th percentile you won’t do good compared to other classes but in a normal PUG it’s not very hard to come top of damage. Don’t let DPS meters and meta-slaves stop you from playing the spec you enjoy playing.

Oh no, I am missing two abilities, I guess I can’t be called a shadow priest, even though all my talent points are in the shadow tree and I have all the abilities that make up a shadow priest’s rotation and my gear mostly gives shadow damage

the issue with trinkets is that you need 2 better options at 40, for casters i don’t see 2 better trinkets
