BFD Loot table is just horrendous. All the gear will be obsolete in about 1 month so why not make BFD give more gear because there are gonna be some people who didnt miss a lock out and still dont have more than 2 pieces lol. More loot needs to drop from each boss as well as tier loot from like every boss because the amount of loot available makes the RNG so bad its crazy. Change the epic staff to drop from last boss. Have last boss drop 1 of the epics 100% of the time.

Pretty sure that gear is straight up bis for a long time. The purple staff for example is stronger than staff of jordan

We understand WoW, and a lot of the pieces will not be replaced until the lvl 40 raid. My bet, is that you haven’t even done BFD

lol maybe if they add another better caster weapon, but otherwise no, that staff is basically a pre-raid bis option even at 60.
You’ll be doing it all the way to 40 and beyond…. On multiple toons.
Yea not unless they just add piles of brand new weapons to gnomer there’s not exactly a caster weapon in there to turn into an epic. We’re mostly likley getting an epic ring off Electro and the helm/axe off Mek. If we get the RFD raid that data mining shows, same boat there on caster weps. But considering it’s a lich end boss, I wouldn’t be shocked to see something caster off him.
He drops a caster robe, so they’ll prob just make it an epic robe. The wep he drops is for melee.
It’s extremely unlikely we’ll get anything even half as comparable for caster weapons to Kelris’ staff. We’re just going to get slightly buffed blue weps that will still be trash otherwise.
Let’s be real here. Even in Retail, raid drops aren’t much of a shower.
