The reason I say “probably” is because I haven’t been able to get a group yet to try it for myself. Most group leads make unrealistic requirements like providing logs. I hope Gnomer will be easier, like how UBRS once was.

I’d say it’s on par with UBRS difficulty. The community has just drifted into gatekeeping everything to make it feel like more of an accomplishment or because they’re traumatized from a bad pug.
Start your own group, I promise it will fill up pretty quickly because there are plenty of people like you who haven’t done it yet and want to, but are waiting for the group to already exist. Advertise it’s a chill group, no exp necessary, just bring SPP/FAP for Kelris.
There are tons of candidates responding to LFM messages within seconds, so if you aren’t making your own group you’re competing with a lot of other people for spots.

It’s really not, in fact it’s almost bordering on too easy at points. You’re really going to judge something you haven’t even done yourself based on ridiculous requirements that people are going to have regardless of the actual difficulty of the content?
BFD is the easiest raid that I’ve ever experienced and I’ve played every iteration of retail up to Shadowlands. Try joining a guild and signing up for guild runs then you can get into pugs easier. Guilds spam all the time!
Also just come prepared. Tell the leader you know the fights (watch them on youtube or something) and get the world buff (chronoboon) and consumables.
I found pugs on my alts easily that way.
Sounds like the problem is behind the keyboard.

I’ve cleared it 10 times with my rogue, it’s fairly easy if you know how to kick chains, other than that don’t get hit by murlocs and don’t get spit on.
When did zoomers declare this to be the new word of the month?
Everything is now “gatekeeping”, whatever that means.

It took me as a dps 20-25 minutes to make my own group
All I advertised was LFG BFD newbies or experience all is welcomed
There are way more people out there who want to do it that see all the requirements and just pass
Those people asking for everything are just hurting themselves by taking way longer to fill a group than if they just took a couple of people who didn’t have everything
Firstly… no one checks logs. It’s just a catch phrase that filters out anyone that doesn’t have some experience.
Second it’s not hard to get into a group for BFD. Just post 7/7 after class//spec.
Haven’t done 7/7? Watch a video and then know what to expect (it’s very easy).

I’ve pugged the last 3-4 lock outs. Nobody has ever checked my gear, nobody has ever checked my logs, at MOST people will ask if you know the fights or not and that’s just so people know if they have to explain mechanics. This thread and others like it always seem so bizarre and out of nowhere, like people are inventing problems that don’t actually exist to complain about or something

LOL bfd is plenty easy but that doesnt mean i want to drag along someone with no raid loot.
The real issue is the raid drops in BFD have been complete garbage, so even after 8 lockouts many of us still dont have 3/3 tier pieces… or even 2 tier pieces.
We’ve seen 0 epics.
Why invite someone who might swine a couple pieces in their first run when raiders who have put in serious time are still fighting for same pieces.

I think the requirements can be ridiculous sometimes, but I also get it to some degree.
Requiring some consumes and world buff isnt asking for much. Sit in TB or Darnassus for 30 seconds and you will get the buff. Asking for consumes/WB is an easy way of weeding out people who aren’t going to put forth any effort. These raids are easy but if you stack enough of these people who cant even put forth the effort of getting the WB and have a couple consumes on stand by for Kelris can cause a raid to fail and fall apart at Kelris.
People requiring BFD gear to raid BFD are dumb though.

What is the characters name you are trying to get into raid? Also ahat server? Do you have a main? What is the information for that character as well?
I would feel comfortable betting you have put in a low amount of effort in finding groups.
