I heard yes, but idk for sure. My alts not max yet because I'm grinding rep on this guy.

I doubt it... to early in the expansion, just like how Legion started...

Same as early Legion probably.

I don't remember how early Legion handled it, but if someone does, it probably works the same.

I doubt it given how the war campaign is set up. You finish the intro quests and boom world quests.

No sir/maam. I just finished my alt to 120, and he does not have world quests unlocked. You must still complete the story quests it seems. True as of Aug 20/2018

Did you think they're going to make things alt friendly? We've had WoD and Legion that told you that's not the case.

I mean the war campaign takes like 15 minutes per zone. It's really not that bad.

Still haven't done the war campaign on my paladin, but he could do wq's as soon as he got 120 and was friendly with required reps.

Short answer: No. You need friendly with all 3 factions.

At the moment, alts need to get 3 factions to friendly

I expect it being removed in a future patch like it was in Legion

I've just checked, and I can confirm that you only need to get your first outpost in each enemy zone on alts. You do not need friendly with the 3 rep exclusive to your faction.

Actually you don't even need that. Just hit 120 on my alt and a quest just pops up on nathanos (or whoever it is on alli side) to complete, and bam world quests. I didn't even do the first war mode mission to get 100 war resources. You just get world quests after turn in once you hit 120.

Not only silly, but factually incorrect. Unlocking WQ's only requires you to hit 120 and hand in a quest on your Alts.

I just hit 120 on an alt, was already friendly with the factions but had not completed my war campaign. When I went to do so there was a quest called Uniting Zandalar that unlocked world quests, so maybe it is unlocked - just have to grab the quest down at the boat.
