Do you think we’re going to see BFA Timewalking during the last patch as mentioned by Ion almost 2 years ago?
I feel I’ve done BFA timewalking. Nvm. I’m thinking about WoD timewalking.
This interview was from before the 2024 roadmap. The roadmaps are pretty clear in what is being added, and we already have S4 and 10.2.7 banners listing their features. BFA timewalking isn’t on there, so I wouldn’t expect it.
Perhaps whatever Timerunning Pandamonium turns out to be, replaced BFA timewalking between when he gave that interview, and when they planned out their 2024 schedule.

You’re right, that’s why I mentioned if anyone think that BFA TW will be a surprise, I don’t see it on the road map and it should be part of it, maybe there’s a TW change as part of that new event as you mentioned.
I think they are not wanting to do it for some reason if they keep pushing it back.
All devs have to say is BFA timewalking is not going to happen or timewalking is not going beyond Legion instead of stringing players along and say they are, but they really are not.
Do you truly wanna re-experience bfa and how horrible every dungeon was?

TW is casual content, Its another way to level up, new rewards for TW currency…
I don’t think it makes sense to have BfA Timewalking when it’s the default leveling experience. We haven’t ever left BfA in some respects. (Just blame Shadowlands, which would have been a very odd new player experience.)
I suspect we’ll see it come out in TWW when the default leveling content moves to Dragonflight.

This point doesn’t really fly when timewalking was added way before the leveling system revamp we got with Shadowlands. That introduced Chromie time, aka timewalking campaigns.
Before that you ‘had’ to go through each expansion (somewhat) to get to max level. And we still got timewalking.
Much like updating certain BFA bosses to be soloable… BFA timewalking is a can Blizzard is just kicking down the road.
I honestly thought that they just don’t wanna do BFA and SL timewalking because of how HATED those expansions are.
There were fun dungeons like atal or kings rest. Toldagor.
The reason they are not doung them is because those dungeons have been present in m+ seasons so they are not old or forgotten enough
