I just tried to buy a [Blessed Bulwark of Zanchul] from the Timewalking Vendor in Boralus and it said:
“You must be level 50 to purchase that item.”

Yep - pathetic - Blizz detected low levels having fun
Obvious workaround: warband transfer Timewarped Badges to a character of sufficient level.
Of course, as a workaround, it’s much less convenient.
How is that a “workaround” when the whole point to doing a TimeWalking Dungeon on a low level toon is to buy gear for THAT toon.
Fair point. I’m not in the habit of worrying about equipping lowbies that’ll blow past that gear in an hour.
But if that gear is important to that character, that wouldn’t be much help.
…why buy gear off the vendor when it will be replaced with 1 dungeon from lvling?

One dungeon does not replace 20 pieces of gear. Besides, I do my levelling with time walking dungeons. Why not take advantage of their Extra XP?
