Can i start BFA content at 108, or do i have to be 110?

Its 110, im almost 100% sure.
You must be the following levels for the released expansions:
58: TBC/WoTLK
80: Cata/MoP
90: WoD
98: Legion
110: BfA
Hope this helps clarify. For reference, I’ve tested the minimum required level for each expansion levelling a new character over the last couple of weeks and can confirm this is the case 100%, currently.
