BFA S2 Arena Titles not rewarded properly

Hi, I have contacted GM’s through tickets and live chats, however they told me that there is not much they can do and to submit a bug report on the forums about this issue. The issue is that for BFA season 2, the rank one title cutoffs for Alliance and Horde were released on the forums and the spots were basically released for everyone to know.

This is the character that I played for that seasons title, and the character ended at 2997 at spot #50. However there were a few players, I believe 3 that were disqualified from the titles for not having the required wins after transferring from horde to alliance. So this should have dropped the cutoff to 2997 since that would be spot #48 after the disqualifications, but me and my team did not receive the title and neither did the 3 people that were disqualified, meaning that the spots were not adjusted properly and that there are 3 rank one spots missing on Alliance side.

Thanks.

Bug reports isn’t where remedial or compensatory action happens. It happens in a GM ticket, and if it didn’t then, it isn’t going to.

Bug reports is so that QA can let the developers know there might be a bug they need to fix, but it does nothing for those who already suffered the consequences.

New phone who dis? oh i guess i meant to say give the boys r1? Yeah that’s the right answer!

The “Corrupted Gladiator” end of season PVP titles seem to have been incorrectly handed out. When the titles were awarded on Tuesday 10/27/20, the Alliance rating cutoff was 3311.There were 97 individual Alliance characters that fell within this cutoff. However, there were two who did not accomplish 150 wins following a faction transfer (Orig - Tichondrius, and Ntr - Tichondrius) and were disqualified. Therefore, only 95 of 97 ranks were taken into account. The two titles that weren’t awarded need to be passed down to the next-in-line rankings (98 and 99 on the ladder) as has been done in all seasons previous. If someone is disqualified for cheating, or lack of wins, the titles are usually go to the next rankings. Please do work to resolve this.
