So I’m doing the BFA campaign and I’m at the Corrupters end quest to finally put an end to N’zoth but I can’t do it because I’m level 60, do I have to buy Dragon flight expansion, get to 70 then do the raid that way or is there another way around it that i’m not seeing?

You can queue up solo for BfA LFR raids by talking to the appropriate NPC. (Kiku for Alliance, and Eppu for Horde.) Note that for the final wing of the N’zoth raid, you’ll need to have the legendary cloak equipped to see it. (As N’zoth just mind controls you if you aren’t wearing it.)
I have no idea if they’ll be soloable at 60, but you can use the NPC to queue up with a couple of friends as well if they aren’t.
