[BfA] No leading Quest to Kul Tiras as Alliance on boosted character?

I could not find any transition or leading quest to properly get myself to Kul Tiras.

I dug a little bit after I found out a lot of people have the same problem. Here’s what I know and don’t:

Apparently the BfA (Kul Tiras) Introduction achievement and the 3 Alliance footholds’ questlines will be flagged completed upon a character boosting.

To catch up, all I can do are:
a. talk to curator in mage quarter and relive the removed Battle of Lodaearon scenario.
b. watch videos for 13 following quests including Jaina’s cinematic and Jail scenario (look up - Come Sail Away- achievement requirements) :
from Quest: A Dying World to Quest: A Nation Divided

From here I am lost, did I miss the BfA transition forever?

I could either:
start the Kul Tiras Storyline by following the zone recommended lv
Quest: The Ashvane Trading Company, under the achievement - A Sound Plan -

Or I start from War Campaign Storyline:
Quest: Overseas Assassination, under the minor achievement - Blood on the Sand -

But both of the quest givers are in BfA zones…

Please let me know if I oversee the leading quest, frustrated here. :cry:
Does this also happen to Horde boosted character as well?

If you go to the Trade Quarter in SW does the guard standing next to the Adventure Board have a quest? That’s normally where the breadcrumb starts off.

I checked both Hero’s Heralds near both AH in Stormwind. I checked the mission board. I also checked the adventurer guide. No luck :fearful:
