Well someone at Blizz was gunning for us. An entire expansion dedicated to bash us Night elves and leave us hanging.
I’m so happy that the Horde are all good now. The love you got this expansion was sickening.

We still have shadowlands where they will
and the expansion after shadowlands where they can give former Night Elf zones like Ashenvale to the Horde in a world revamp since these are Horde zones in the lore now.
It’s actually mindblowing how they are ignoring Teldrassil and pretending that it never happened, hoping that people would forget about it.

Night elves weren’t bullied, nor were you gunned for. You had a tragic story arc. So did the blood elves with 90% of their people being annihilated, and so did the Orcs during MoP with their internal civil war where people were murdered in the streets.
Yes, the night elves went through something horrible. Having a dark and tragic story arc does not mean someone is going after you because of some unfounded hatred.
The blood elves recovered from it though and atleast Arthas was killed off.
The Night Elves instead had their people killed, their zones given to the Horde, their leaders looking like a joke and now they are being ignored completely.
And the night elves will recover too. You can’t say that an annihilation of 90% isn’t similar, or worse than what happened to the night elves and to claim the night elves won’t recover is silly at best.
Darkshore was won in the Warfront and given back to the Alliance confirmed by a developer during Blizzcon. So you got your territories back. Tyrande has been a joke from day one, BFA didn’t do that to her.
Yes, bad things keep happening to us Night Elves. Its high time we started happening to them.
Theramore was blown up and Jaina became bad for a couple expansions. Blizzard must hate humans. This is the logic being applied here.
Well where are they going to recover when they don’t even have a home or atleast a zone to rebuild anymore. Also Blood Elves aren’t hated by the writers and they weren’t forced to forgive the Scourge like the Night Elves forgave the Horde. Also it was officially stated that killing 1 of Sylvanas recreatable Val’kyr was all the revenge they were going to get, so they won’t even get to kill those responsible like the Blood Elves got to see Arthas’ death.
Darkshore is only 1 of 3 zones and Darkshore will be gone very fast again with the Horde controlling Ashenvale.
Theramore was a few buildings, the Night Elves lost everything they had left in bfa

I’m not sure about that. The original idea was that the horde would conquer the whole of Kalimdor, but the Night Elves canonically won the Darkshore Warfront and they still hav Mount Hyjal.
Isn’t Mount Hyjal neutral? If the Horde has access to it there is no way they can settle there
I believe it’s neutral for gamplay resons only (and only because of Cataclysm). Lorewise, they are Night Elven territory (I believe there is a tyrande & Shandris dialogue in 8.3 where Tyrande says something about going back to Nordrassil and sending sentinels to look for Sylvanus)
