I just returned and leveled in BFA. I have had engineering and mining previously full ranks up to but not including legion. Can I learn bfa mining and level it without fully ranking legion?
I have zero questing or rep in legion and it would require hours of rep grinding to unite the factions in legion and waiting days for world quests in legion.
