Go out and level a toon in WoD, then cap the toon and sit in your garrison doing only WoD content excluding tanaan jungle for 6 months, then do tanaan jungle for another 6 months to a year.

Only then will you understand that WoD is worse than BFA.

i played all of wod, would rather play that expac and in a sec than this garbage. atleast in wod pvp was fun and had pvp gear.

Classes in WOD were pretty good thought most were similiar to mop

but I still wouldn’t go as far to say WOD was better, let me think about this i’ll tell you in the morning.

Here’s a hot take for you.

WoD was a good expansion, it just didn’t have enough content.

no and heres why, bfa is the only expac where you have to play the previous expac to unlock new races. “unlock” being the key word.

Here is what I like about BFA:

  1. warfronts are actually interesting if we look at the strategy behind them and the lore. I enjoy trying to beat them faster each time.

  2. The graphics might overload our processors but BFA looks amazing.

  3. The PVP scene is decent.

  4. The BoD raid is actually kind of interesting.

But yes, and here is why its an annoying xpac.

  1. AP farming is to hard
  2. azerite system doesn’t make complete sense and requires to much RNG to farm the right pieces.
  3. The order resource mission system feels odd compared to legion. Can’t say why.
  4. To many professions required an insane amount of reputation farming.
  5. Trash before boss fights are wayyy to hard in mythic dungeons (I miss legion m+)
  6. Island Expeditions are interesting and almost fun to do 1-2 times per week, but I wish some of these areas could actually be visited by flight points to bring us into the content and the vision behind BFA. After doing 2-3 of these per week I want to never do them til next week. One of the ghostly areas has this mansion up above it, wouldn’t that make a great raid? Like a giant waycrest’ish raid that was outside and indoors? I mean, why not? Why are we on some ship that sails to these places rather then actually being able to visit them in the real world of azeroth?

WOD was great for gold making. I would rather have easy and lots of gold then raining gear that’s no good as soon as you get it and have to DE it for more crap.

I never saw the appeal in making gold. I’d rather just play the game.

It’s a huge help. The WOD gold that I still have will pay for upgrading my heirlooms in BFA.

yes i agree with all that, for me bfa just feels like a bland expac with lots of scenery to make it look good. but the game play, game mechanics, gear etc is really bad.

‘Content’ aside… Every single one of my classes was more fun to play back in WoD than they are now.
