I know it’s not a perfect expansion, but here are some great things about it…
1-With world quest emissary, after getting to exalted, if I fill up the bar again, I get 4000 gold minimum most of the time in addition to emissaries that will on occasion reward a lot of gold.
2-My alt is ilvl 359 already and she hasn’t even set foot in a single raid, she just does Warfronts and emissary quests mainly.
3-Although I admit the RNG side of things was a little frustrating, I’m warming up to a lot of BFA as I do enjoy the Warfronts, as that’s a great new piece of content that I enjoy a lot.
So overall, I would say this expansion gets a pass, I accept that it could be better, and a little less RNG would be good, but it’s not that bad really.
World quests are uninspired and repeats of quests I already did. Dont care about the rewards if the way to obtain them is lame and recycled from the previous xpac.
That is a bad thing.
You repeat your second example…
0/100
BFA is bad but this list of reasons for it being good is worse.
Worst expansion ever because of a host of issues. All of them having been gone over ad nauseum on the forums and social media. BFA is beyond saving now . It has hit terminal velocity. The worst offense is it being creatively bankrupt . Doesnt even feel like a Blizzard game anymore
I can understand why you enjoy it. There is still room for advancement of both your toons. It probably still seems like a whole new world for you. Don’t play very much I’m guessing?
Well social media is for angry people that want to vent about stuff, that don’t have any other outlet.

Well I don’t do mythic+ dungeons or mythic raids if that’s what you mean, and tbh not even that interested in heroic raiding this early in the expansion, so I just play casually, like I do my emissary quests each day then I go to alts.
I’m enjoying the expansion, but I’m aware enough to know my expectations out of an MMO are different from the other thousands of players. They might have legitimate reasons for disliking the expansion.
Personally, I enjoyed BFA until I hit an ilvl brick wall at 380 (I have 386 in bags, 380 equipped). Now I find myself with basically nothing to do outside raid night and at least 1 M+ per week.
Well I’m not saying that they don’t have valid criticisms, but I admit that I used to listen to Belluar Gaming but when he had a mickey mouse logo on one of his videos, my mind went ‘clickbait!!’
And that’s great. But all of us hate it because we are accustomed to the “World” of Warcraft, where no-lifing for even 12 hours a day for months still felt rewarding and fun to do. This expansion has a very low hard cap to the amount you can play and still have fun.
When the streamers who make money on WOW are saying its garbage and are hardly playing it any more, that should tell you something. They are taking a financial hit
You’ve listed all your opinions OP. Nicely done. However please understand that the word “fun” is relative (same with the words ‘garbage’ and ‘bad’). So what YOU find fun or enjoyable, might not be fun or enjoyable for anyone else.
