There is no ilvl or level requirement to use BFA enchants.
But if i try to use it on a level 1 heirloom, you can’t apply them
And on this toon, that i used for Herald of The Titans previously, none of the BFA enchants works.
This seems kinda unintended changes, ever since MoP enchants works for leveling heirloom, seems kinda odd they would retroactively disable BFA enchants for low levels when it worked fine previously???
Noticed this change. You can have a higher level toon enchant the item and mail it to the alt.
Yep, there are problems with multiple enchants or enhancements, some of which aren’t apparent when looking only at the gear. Some enchants on BOA gear not increasing stats

I enchanted the gear on this toon way before prepatch to do herald of the titans, i can enchant my gears with BFA enchants as level 80 (now 30).
Now after prepatch, the enchant does not proc nor it gave me stats. (example my ring has no mastery in it, but it’s enchanted with Accord of Haste), my mastery is unchanged whather i equip said ring or not. And my Weapon have Machinist Brilliance, and it just don’t proc.
Some enchants have level or profession requirements on them, and if you do not meet said requirements, there will be a red letters saying you don’t meet the requirements.
Example is Shoulders and Legs enchantments.
If you apply the profession shoulder enchant on an heirloom and send it to a character that don’t have a profession, you still can equip the shoulder, but the enchantment is disabled and it has red letter in it saying you don’t meet the requirements.
If BFA enchants has minimum requirements, and my character does not meet said requirements, it should show the red letter.
