Title. This character’s journal lists Zuldazar story as 9/9 and BFA campaign is 2/3 missing Vol’dun, but the very first quest “Rastakhan” and “The King’s Death” and every other campaign quest are available. I finished the campaign during BFA and even completed the raid Battle of Dazar’alor on this character I accepted and completed “Rastakhan”, but nothing changed. When I try to accept “Zul’s Ethical Dilemma” and meet the objectives, Zul is not even at the location indicated to turn it in—it’s unplayable.
Due to all of this, I can’t progress the BFA campaign to unlock Nazj’atar or Ny’alotha :(((
Update:
My Warlock (Kelzam-Zul’jin) also has Dragonflight campaign chapters missing. It’s saying I’m missing The Blue Dragons, Zaralek Caverns, and The Emerald Dream. I completed all of those. When I pick up “Incarnates on the Move” quest that has reset and go to Merithra to turn it in, she is non-interactive. I’m even missing boss kills from the Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible achievement (Rashok, Vigilant Steward, Magmorax, Shade of Neltharion) despite having the individual wing achievements marking those kills.
The Aberrus completion achievement itself doesn’t even show up in my Achievements list unless directly linked to from the A World Awoken meta achievement…
I just came across this post, and I am glad i did. I thought it was just me, but it definitely seems like a bug now. I am surprised it hasn’t been fixed with all the maintenance this week.
I tried submitting a support ticket because this issue is literally preventing me from progressing the BFA campaign and preventing me from access to Mechagon, Nazjatar, and Ny’alotha.
I got an automated reply that told me to post here, so I replied that I had already posted days ago (this post). A GM replied saying they “couldn’t find any reported bugs regarding this issue" and told me where to start the Zuldazar campaign, and to watch the news since I already reported it.
So, according to the GM, they haven’t seen or recorded our posts as bugs or investigated the issue on our characters.
Campaign quests from literally -every- part of the campaign are simultaneously available again that shouldn’t be overlapping, and NPCs aren’t even in place to turn in quests or are non-interactable. I can’t do the game content. And same with my Warlock not being able to interact with Merithra in the Dragon Isles to turn that quest in, while the quest log tells me to do that quest to continue the campaign that I had already previously completed.
The game is literally broken on these characters and there is no respone or feedback from Blizzard here other than telling me to post here and that it hasn’t been reported. What the heck am I supposed to do?
