Starting a new toon tomorrow. What lvl do I need to be to run BFA content. And where do I start it?

Level 10 I think? If not 40-45. When shadowland releases, its 100% for sure at lvl 10.
Since the pre-patch is live it is level 10 you are correct.

level 10, and you start it the same way you did at lvl 110 the war caimpaign uest at the warchiefs home in org or stromwind castle thingy on alliance
or you creat a character and do the new starting experiance witch will auto take you to the after reaching lvl 10
Once you hit level 10 you should get a quest right then or in the capital city of your faction. If not, then try relogging in your factions capital. It should appear then.
you can play BfA at lvl 10, but if you do, be sure to stock up on any foods before going because until they fix it, none of the BfA foods you can buy or cook with BfA recipes is usable until lvl 45.
Bfa zones are level locked. First one till 25. Next 35. Next 40?
War story not seen till 40’s. Just each zones intro get first marker done.
Alliance it’s the sound, drustvar then the valley for unlock order.
Horde starts zandalar. Not sure what is next. Just have first horde in this new setup in my case.
