I just wish they weren’t at 10pm to 3am. Do they expect us to play all day and night
I just glance at the wowhead homepage. They have a little bar that says when the next one is (with the two following it afterwards).

They aren’t always up at those hours; they go through a 7 hours up / 12 hours down cycle. This allows people with different playing times to all have a chance to participate.
To clarify, here is the schedule for the next half dozen:
Thursday, January 17, 2019: 4:00:00 PM → 11:00:00 PM
Friday, January 18, 2019: 11:00:00 AM → 6:00:00 PM
Saturday, January 19, 2019: 6:00:00 AM → 1:00:00 PM
Sunday, January 20, 2019: 1:00:00 AM → 8:00:00 AM
Sunday, January 20, 2019: 8:00:00 PM → 3:00:00 AM
Monday, January 21, 2019: 3:00:00 PM → 10:00:00 PM
No, they rotate so people with different schedules can all do at least some of them.
