It would also prove once and for all that mechanically, BFA was paek wow.

Peak* Also nice troll attempt. I know it’s unpopular but I liked BfA too… but DF is way better. SL? Eh, SL had some major flaws but was better overall.
Everyone knows 8.3 BFA was the pinnacle of that expansion.
People still want Twilight Devastation, Infinite Stars and Gushing Wound.

No way is DF better. I fixed the spelling.
DF is a solid 6/10 overall. SL was an 5.95/10 .
BFA was a ten out of ten for it’s sheer elegance and enjoyment on alts who didn’t have max gear. Plus Eternal Palace is an 11/10. We just didn’t have enough time to savor it on like 12 different mains. A few decades at the very least.
This ruined it for me. I didn’t get upset though because I knew that the devs was just goofing off for the next expansion. No one wants to live in 8.3 forever.
My guess is they will eventually do a classic version of each expansion. They might as well since there are plenty of ps’s out there already of each expansion. And yep believe it, or not there are BFA ps’s lol.

Yeah, after they added the vendor to reduce the RNG, 8.3 was an amazing time.
Azerite gear, to me, was a miss that really overshadowed bfa. I had a lot of fun in that xpac. I think it gets an unfair rap.
Lazy way of saying private servers 
Never played on one, but know folks that have.
The first corrupted piece I got from the first invasion weekly at 8.3 launch was legs with twilight devastation.
That being said, I agree the vendor made it so much better, especially for alts.
I played on an eq classic server. Don’t recommend private servers tho. They’re like Mos Eisley. A hive of scum and Villany. And not classic after all.
So much happier being on retail wow again. Even if its just putzing around in alts or in low lvl M+ or normal raids.
I would never trust anyone to do BFA justice. Especially 8.2. Not even myself.

It was my favorite patch… Like I think in general its my favorite
Class design was not as good as in Legion, but the content was honestly great.

One of the few that did like BFA I guess. At least ap didn’t take up bag space lol. And the rewards scaled up a little as you got better equipped. Didn’t need all sorts of currencies just to upgrade an item. Tbh all these currencies in DF are worse than ap imo. Not bothered with mythic stuff since Legion, and Wod maybe. And only did a few mythics back then at that. Wish they would bring back warfronts in some form also. I know it was something you still had to queue for, but at least after you finally got into it, it had the open world outdoors feel to them.

NGL Twilight Devasation was awesome. Good damage and it looked super cool to.
You can play it in your head with your imagination; the rest of us will continue to enjoy an infinitely better expansion.
Not even Blizzard when they released it themselves; can’t do justice to one of - if not THE - worst expansions in Warcraft’s history.
