Very excited I completed my first t8! As a result all of my gear is 590+ and I am at 600 ilv.
I am hoping on some feedback as to what activities are best to get all my gear 600+ I’ve mostly been doing delves and WQ. If I continue to do t8 delves can I get to over 600?

Raid, but M+ is the more spammable version of fast gearing. It’s difficult getting into random keys, especially if you’re gearing up. Low keys are the wild west, though, so you’re best off hosting your own and hoping for the best.

rn I’m starting to farm T8’s for the runed crests cuz I keep running out.
That seems to be the part thats going to take the most time.
2 runed for every T8 done, can do all/any of them every day. Doesn’t have to be bountiful just T8 or higher
Delves can reward 616 from vault and chance at 610 gear from maps. It’s slow for crests and valor but yeah, you can get decently geared.

The answer to your question is, yes. If you would like to stick with Delves you can progress beyond ilvl 600.
If you complete a bountiful tier 8 Delve, you’ll have ilvl 603 champion track gear drop from it (which can be upgraded to ilvl 609 without too much work). You will need a key to unlock it, of which you can get 4 pretty easily from world quests/events (like Theater Troupe).
You can get 616 hero track gear from the vault every week by doing tier 8 Delves. Completing 2x tier 8 Delves will give you one piece to choose from, doing 4x tier 8 Delves will give you two pieces to choose from and completing 8x tier 8 Delves will give you three pieces to choose from.
Those can be upgraded to 619 with a little work as well, though getting them higher than that will take some time if you’re just doing Delves. There’s also maps you can get which give you access to 610 ilvl hero track gear, but they’re RNG drops.

also…the delve gear both the champ and the hero pcs can be catalyzed into tier sets. Including the ones you get from the vault.
so you can get a full hero track tier set from Delves.
Champ track goes to 619, eventually from runed crests. (2 per bountiful delve). Hero track from vault goes a bit further (626) but uses gilded, which you get from maps (Though not very consistently at all). Best use for gilded is probably to craft a 636 weapon once you get 90, towards the end of the season.
Once you have every slot to 619, you can convert runed into gilded at a rate of 6:1, getting 15 from a full week’s cap.
Doing nothing but delves (Albeit quite a few) you can hit 620~ ilvl, possibly a smidge more.
I have to say I love how many people are making posts like this, excited for their loot progression thanks to delves. It seems like a lot of people are in the same boat as me, where we dwell in very casual/solo/world content and so historically we don’t really stay close to relevant with gear. But now we can!

I’m doing Open World events and Delves, I now have 3 toons to 600+
602 - Hunter Main
609 - Ret Pally
605 - Frost Mage
Using my keys, outgrowing crests and just needing those higher crests for upgrading and Vault.
Got lucky with a few extra chests from Bounty Maps in Delves.
I don’t need much higher as I do not plan to do Mythic+ or Raiding. I do enjoy higher though as everyday content is easier.

Clear normal raid. Last 2 bosses give Runed crests. T8 Delves give them.
Then get 4/8 Heroic Raid and build out your vault. Last 2 bosses in Heroic raid give Gilded crests.
Should be at least 625 by now so a bit confused as this is the average ilvl of most players now.

First of all 625 isn’t a gear track. Second of all you would need to be clearing Mythic raid and/or cleaing 10s since day 1, which no one did.

Yeah that’s what they’re doing. 625 is where someone is if they’ve capped on and spent gilded crests.
The best way to gear is Tier 8 delves for the vault rewards.
