The spell did not show the floating damage number (but it does damage) . Has anyone experienced this?
Yes, this is happening to me as well.
The maintenance today didn’t fix it for me.
This still happens
It shows but it’s very delayed due to the BTE change going from TWW → Midnight where Between the Eyes no longer instantly deals its damage. Instead, it fires a very fast projectile at the target and deals damage on impact. If I had to guess, the damage is supposed to show on impact, but the event reader wasn’t done properly so the event reader’s failsafe activates giving us that delay.

There is a delay in numbers being displayed for all Rogue abilities. This is why even if a mob is defeated the floating number text will still show up delayed over the defeated mob and you have dropped combat. But if you look at the combat log it shows that the damage event already happened earlier.
Not sure why this is happening because back in WoD they changed how the information is processed so it would be faster and not delayed.
