Chain Lightning: Your next cast will chain to 1 additional target.
Lava Burst: Reduces the cooldown of your Fire and Storm Elemental by 6.0 sec.

Is this accurate? Seems like some insane (fun) changes. RIP primal

That’s not helpful. So you’re saying someone messed up the speed for paws and then posted it too? All mistakes

Yes, the wrong data got into the wrong column which bugged several spells (which is why so many had nonsensical tooltip values). Most of them seem to be fixed on the PTR now, though.
