This was a build I ran majority of the time season 2 that was very competitive: (But it’s button bloated because I didn’t enjoy the play style of Echoes of Great Sundering and Elemental Blast)

There isn’t really a lot of option for talent choices. Depending on the situation, you can sometimes put a point into Primal Elementalist and swap out a point in Echoes of Great Sundering or Elemental Equilibrium or Elemental Blast if you really hate it (but that is a significant single target loss)
