I seem to recall that in the past you had to download a utility of some kind so that Blizzard could get a hardware profile from your PC to know what you’re running when it comes to testing and debugging, but I don’t see that anymore. Has this changed, or am I missing something? Just curious.

Pretty sure it’s just built into the launcher now and does it in the background.

I haven’t had to do anything like that for the past 3 expansions of Betas I have done so chances are it is, like someone else said, built in.
