The whole visage but with draconic features thing defeats the lore of visage form.
Being a human amongst the Horde defeats the lore of visage form.
Horde Dracthyr should be any Horde race for Visage and Alliance Dracthyr any Alliance race.
They made extra work that contradicts their own lore and in the process limited player choice and customization

Counterpoint: Every idle animation should make the character look super bored. They are idle after all. Maybe even have them complain out loud about how bored they are, and how they would rather be killing things.
