Beta Development Update -- Leatherworking Drums

I think they’re asking about the amount of LWrs.

So you’ll still use 2 or 3 drums but only need 1 LW per group.

Why wouldn’t you communicate with your raid beforehand?

That’s all I’m saying.

If your guild wants it like that they will obviously be setting groups up before raid. So you would know if you were going to be a drummer boy.

Oh I see I thought the debuff was longer for the user.

Will you communicate with your guild or guild officer before TBC lauches?

Yeah, that’s why it’s a little weird. It also means that if you wind up with more than 1 LW in a group the second LW is losing out even further by not choosing a different prof :frowning:

is there really a need for lesser and greater drums versions now?

click the “STICKY” button, Kaivax.

Tinnitus has no place in TBC. Introducing a 3.0 mechanic into the game is pathetic. There is no good reason to do this and the change should be reverted.

Thats true. Especially LW is pretty bad at making gold or provide other bonus and LW crafted gears are bad compared to tailor and BS.

Thank you!

I mean compared to them fixing drums. tryhards rotating shaman in different groups is a lower concern than requiring an entire raid to be LW to abuse drums. Not saying they shouldn’t fix that too, but I’d take the drums fix over that if I could only pick one.

Lol. Yay for makings even more accessible for the player base.

So much crying over tediousness and inconvenience.

Good luck selling your LW kits or releveling whatever now.

looks like you’re in the miniscule minority on this one buddy, either get over it or don’t play tbc

Lets not please. Leave Shaman alone.

This is shaping up to be the best version of TBC we could possibly get. Great job guys!

Amen brother! Tell it on the mountain!

Don’t worry you can still min max with engineer battle chicken for the other 5% haste buff for melee. Summon it before pull, change trinket, start fight.

You can still min max, it’s just not 20 leather workers per raid, it’s not releveling enchanting any time you change a ring, it’s not making 100 JC only gems at the start of the expansion and then dropping JC.

You can still min max, it just won’t be in a way that heavily encourages gold buying to constantly pay for changing professions.

So many wrong statements in such a short statement. Just impressive!
