Im sure this has been said many times and many expansions but it feels REALLY bad when i put an insane amount of hours into this game, get CE, pvp, play classic, test on ptr… yet i still dont have access to beta. Seeing posts of people who dont even play the game anymore or opted in get beta accesss yet here i am, twiddling my thumbs waiting to test my class for you guys. Should really have an option to get access if you are willing to put in the time.

lots of peeps hold subs and dont log in for weeks which who im referring to. a personal friend actually
I know a few classic players who haven’t played retail in years who have beta access and will never touch it lol.
I know someone banned for 6 months who got beta access two weeks after their ban ended. Sometimes it’s just random

I feel that. ive been playing for 10 years and have never had a beta also. than people get mad at you because you dont know the changes to your class as well as they do on day 1

My dad got beta, doesn’t report bugs. Just uses it to doodle around. I’ve only had beta once, for WoD.
Unfortunately a lot of it is really random.
Don’t give up like others have said. I got both Alpha and Beta invites for BfA but nothing for Shadowlands…
I opted in for Dragonflight Beta when it was announced you could opt in, just got the Beta invite today. You may still get one.

You can diddle with the talent trees/abilities on PTR.
I am sure any testing environment would want a variety of players. For general beta testing, this is better.
Most bugs you encounter are long since documented.
RNG is RNG unfortunately. I’m pretty sure a new wave went out because we tend to see the same questions in the in-game chat for newbies…and today there were many.
Keep an eye on your launcher - I got my welcome email two weeks after I got in testing.

Honestly, I’m looking at your character and I truly don’t understand how you haven’t gotten in to beta. Your character is obviously way better than mine and I haven’t touched retail in awhile.

I do, but I feel like there’s something more to these “random invites” like lets say your account is suspended, I don’t think you get an invite unless if im weong
