Best / Worst Smelling Zones

Alright… shower thoughts… what is the best and worst smelling zones out there?

Best

  • Dun Morogh- Crisp air, pines
  • Vash’jir- At least the small pieces of land would smell like the ocean, love that smell

Worst

  • Darkshore- Too many people turning into animals all the time (druids). No Febreeze vendors in the zone…
  • Tirisfal Glades- …smells like death, or undeath rather
  • Half Hill- Smells like farming manure and panda bears (never mind, I should move this to best)

Well, that’s it for the dumb shower thoughts… what are your smelliest zones?!

Best: Zuldazar.

Probably smells like the ocean. (Ignore the Brutosaur dung).

Worst: Nazmir.

Probably smells like death and decay.

Best:

  1. Eversong Woods - my people do not tolerate the odors of lesser races.
  2. Grizzly Hills - the great outdoors, mon ami.

Worst:

  1. Naz’mir - would be nice, if it weren’t for the cannibals and the swamp and the dead things and being Naz’mir.
  2. Gnomeregan - nothing but toxic chemicals and troggs for years now, no gracias.
  3. Uldaman - I mean, troggs have to be the smelliest-looking race on the planet, yes?
  4. Teldrassil - overdone Night Elves. Someone crack a window.

Haha, true, though as much as I like murlocs, they have to be pretty stinky as well.

Best:
Nagrand - it’s so vast and green. I feel like it’d smell great.
Howling Fjord - there’s something so incredible about crisp, cool air.

Worst:
Zangarmarsh - it’s a swamp full of giant fungi. Pretty, but must smell awful.
Ghostlands - so. much. death. and trolls too.

Agreed, in the many forums for where you would place your player housing if it was a part of the game, I always choose Dun Morogh for the air quality haha!

Best: Vale of Eternal Blossoms

Worst: Eastern Plaguelands

Agreed, that one lake in the center of the zone looks like it reeks!

Best: Winterspring-it’s the perfect winter most dream of- pines, white blanket, plus the perfect weather to sit by a fireplace and have a coffee or hot chocolate.

Moonglade - it’s the nice oasis of the north. Yeah there may be druids, but druids are intelligent and would have the decency not to defecate everywhere.

Worst- swamp of sorrows -it’s a swamp so there’s bound to be hydrogen sulfide gas, need more be said?

Best Pandaria due to those female pandas with tails while worst is burnt tree the smell of burning night elves is sick.

So glad we don’t have Smell-a-vision technology. Yet. Not ever.

Worst: any place where there are foresaken!

Best: any place they aren’t.

Every time I enter Naxxramas all I can think about is how ungodly horrible it must smell in there. Not technically a zone but still…it would be a hundred times worse than the plagelands because it’s an enclosed space.

Best smelling zone? Probably sholazar basin. Dense forest with wildflowers abound? Cmon it’s GOT to smell good!

Best: Any zone in Pandaria - it must smell like cooked food everywhere.

Worst: Undercity - it is literally a sewer, not to mention the plague.

Haha, smells like the inside of a Panda Express (which is awesome).

There is an outhouse in Searing Gorge, can’t be a great smelling place. Also one in a WOTLK zone if I remember right…
