Is there a recommended addon or 3rd party software to let me overlay CPU and GPU temperature and other PC performance states in-game?
ideally something lightweight and easy to configure
As far as I know, no overlay is recommeded for use over WoW. Generally, one of the first troubleshooting step is to turn off all overlays.
You may get some user recommendations, but nothing from Blizzard.
