I don’t do high mythics, and haven’t been lucky in Normal raid.
Any other ways to get higher ilvl trinkets?
there are the trinkets you get from the time portals/ dreamsurge stuff. Im not sure if they can upgrade to past 450 tho

There are a few you can have crafted. I know JCs and Inscriptionisters(!?) make a few.

Do trinkets drop from the Emerald Dream Superbloom events?
I haven’t seen any yet.
The stupid trinkets are the last thing I need on pretty much all my toons. they’re all stuck using quest reward trinkets and items from the Time Rift events.

Timewalking week chest is the only way to do this if you are unable/unwilling to do mythics or raid.

run some 2s then upgrade them

might need to do that for this guy. My main does Heroic raid every week and after than I don’t feel like running this guy too lol
Go to the crafting orders NPC, look for the trinket you would like and note the materials needed (Most can be purchased on the AH).
Gather said mats and ask in Trade chat for an artisan to craft them for you. iLvL 463’s are easily done. You can take your chances and put in a public order but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Is there a reason you wouldn’t do say a +9 or +11? Those are ezy and you can spam +11 till full 476
The vault is a bad way to farm trinkets. Too many possibilities to really hope to get any. Have 13 level 70s, out of well over a hundred vault slots have only gotten 4 trinkets, luckily ALL on my main. Just grab the crafted ones, which you can get at 476 without going beyond LFR/heroic dungeons by taking the vault tokens to buy Wym crests.

Even heroic dungeons give vault slots weekly?
Yes…at LFR ilevel. Same gates as M+ (2/4/8) I’m pretty sure.
