I think it’s the Suramar questlines
Questline, worldquest and mission table missions that give rep tokens.
Make sure you do the Leyline Bling achievement. The three turn-ins with Valtrois are worth 200 rep each, plus 75 from activating the 7 different leylines. Withered Army Training is also very easy at this point once you’ve unlocked it by following the Surumar quest chain.
And kirin tor emissary, then select nightfallen.
I cant recall if withered training gives more than other stuff( the WQ)
