Best way to farm Weapons?

I’m looking for a specific one-hander stat combination of Haste/Versatility, however, the only one-handed weapon that isn’t a dagger is in Waycrest Manor, and I can only run that intentionally once per day.

Is there another way to try and farm a weapon that has those particular stats?

Not sure what stats the rogue dagger has, but I think some of the pvp weapons have a haste/vers option. Pretty easy to get just by opening supply crates and doing the pvp quests for conquest.
