Best way to farm anima in SL 2025

This method may not be as effective for others, but it helps me when I get in a situation where I need anima fast and don’t want to wait until the next week for weeklies.

Torghast 9+ runs, farming boss in Adamant Vaults: He drops a stack of 15-18 anima vessels if you try to kill all trash and utilize your empowerment. It’s fairly easy with a max level alt, you don’t need to worry so much about releasing souls or helping npcs. Of course always complete weeklies first and do activities in Korthia and the Maw especially. If you have a method that’s faster, I’d love to know. Hope this helps!

Literally just Zereth Mortis at max level, all the chests have enough anima to be a WQ in any of the other 4 zones, and they’re infinitely farmable and easy to get to with flying.

Zereth Mortis.

Also, running through the raids once a week is a good chunk of anima if you’re also into transmog collecting.

But nothing beats Zereth Mortis for peak anima farming.

You couldn’t pay me to go back into choreghast. As others have said, just farm ZM and SoFO.

Doing adamant vaults has the bonus chance of getting one of the bajillion shoulder transmogs from torghast

Thank you for the input! I was behind in Zereth Mortis so I’m just now able to fully take advantage of WQ and caches around the area.

Don’t forget the command table. I got all my rep and most my anima from there.

There are usually a couple big world quests that give out a lot of anima. The big ones rotate from week to week.

4 WBs weekly = 2k
4-6 elite WQ weekly = 2.5k
Korthia/ZM weekly = 1k
ZM treasures ~3k/hour
Raids drop a chunk
I get at least 1k a week on 12-14 toons in less than 4 hours which includes mission table everyday and selling all proceeds in AH. Any toon that upgraded their table in SL makes a ton of anima off the missions. :see_no_evil::hear_no_evil::speak_no_evil:

does zereth mortis also give grateful offerings? I don’t remember

ZM is absolutely insane for anima.
Even back then for alt catch up, you’d farm chests and buy gear.
I can’t imagine now 2 xpacs later.

That reminds me I need to go back and farm out that annoying mat for the mounts and pets… :smiling_face_with_tear:

No. I think you can only get those from doing the covenant daily from rescuing souls from the maw. Which is still a royal pain to do despite the fact that it no longer has a daily lockout.

Don’t forget the world bosses in the Maw and ZM. Sometimes the elite quest outside Sanctum of Domination also awards anima.
