I was running underot with a team, and then as we got the the last boss I was kicked from the group. I guess the group felt my DPS was so low finally they wouldn’t need me and robbed me the run (Mythic+3 at the time), so spiteful me pulled the boss and wiped the group.

Atal’dazar, mythic +5? We reached the first boss, brute troll with totems. I got on my totem and burned it, ASSUMING I would be the weakest DPS, I went HAM. But I in fact killed my totem way before the rogue and Druid, so totems reset , prolonged the fight, until we steadily killed totems at same time as intended. After the fight, I was kicked for low DPS. The tank felt that my DPS was weak and that they wouldn’t need me to finish the rest of the mythic.
Never been kicked since but man! Those kicks really hit me in the gut. Any similarly interesting lolock adventures?
Earning my dreadstead before they gave that mount away for free.

In my 5 box team I kicked one of the warlocks for an unholy DK. Can’t say I’m disappointed. That DK is a trash killer! Allowed the other two locks to focus on single target destro builds.

Every last one of the old demon quests (and mount summon). Even though the Succubus one had you go all over and the felhunter one was a bit of a pain, I loved those quests.
My biggest “I love this class” moment though came when I was a huge noob in BC. I didn’t know we got more than the imp and was like level 17 when I finally got my voidwalker and started rocking quests with it. Love my blueberry to this day.

No I was 400-415 at the time, I knew I wasn’t hitting the meters but I was moreso surprised at the douchebaggery I came across in my affliction mythic travels!
At first I was convinced it was me personally that sucked, as someone told me locks were top DPS and I should quit (not as polite). Good memories nonetheless

After many failed attempts I finally got my green fire. Then at the end of MoP when they added the title I was stoked. Still wear it to this day.

Me too, man I need to level my lock. Had her since the launch of BC, though I’ve found server and race changes from back then screwed with some of the feats of strength stuff that I should have gotten when the achievement system went live .
My lock being the first character I stuck it out with and hit cap with. Also finishing the green fire quest before you could out gear it .
The best times I had was going to Goldshire and doing the Ritual of Doom to have newbies help summon a demon and one person died from it. Then release the demon and summon an infernal and release it also while they both killed me and I soulstone back alive to watch both demons kill guards and players alike.
Another great time was kiting Doomlord Kazaark to Ironforge for wondrous carnage. The AE shadowbolts and with NPCs constantly respawning made it really awesome by the AH there. Vanilla brings back such wonderful memories.

My favorite warlock memory comes from Classic and I wasn’t on my warlock at the time. Instead, I was helping a warlock friend with the final part of the Infernal quest line.
I stood there and watched Niby the Almighty begin his summoning…
Niby the Almighty says: Stand back! Stand clear! The infernal will need to be given a wide berth!
Niby the Almighty says: BOW DOWN TO THE ALMIGHTY! BOW DOWN BEFORE MY INFERNAL DESTRO… chicken?
Impsy rolls on the floor laughing.
Impsy says: Niby, you’re an idiot.
Niby the Almighty says: Silence, servant! Vengeance will be mine! Death to Stormwind! Death by chicken!
Niby summoned El Pollo Grande, the Black Chicken of Death. I laughed so hard that I nearly fell out of my chair and almost forgot to help my warlock friend kill it.

- Earning the Dreadsteed via the quest.
- Earning green fire (though, to be completely honest, I was more thrilled to see the tome drop after what seemed like forever).
- Using harvest life, when it was AOE.
- SL/SL PvP build (Soul Link/Siphon Life).
So many memories, so little time.
Kazzark and the plague of Stormwind were both classic moments!

Rping my doomguard clothes lineing a paladin, and doing the black harvest quest line as well as the most recent mage tower. Along side all those I also enjoyed enslaving the dreadlords from throne of kil’jaden in wod and using them to fight each other or killing horde players.
