Bro, that was almost 15 years ago.
Also, weren’t “OP”, were just on top of the pile for a while (and only during ICC - thoroughly middle of the pack 'til then).
Cry me a river, build a bridge, and get over it.

Actually quite:
Step One: Avenger’s Shield
Step Two: Consecration
Step Three: Throw hammer
Repeat. Low level pally tanking is 3 abilities. If you get in trouble, Bubble and heal. If you get in big trouble, Lay On Hands for full heal.
Literally 6 buttons. Tops. Guardian requires more mitigation and timing.
And not once did you press your active mitigation. That Paladin would fold 2 GCDs into a pack
Brewmaster has 12 buttons don’t set the OP up for failure.
what is brewmaster?
No idea what that even means, but that is my Level 10-65 rotation and never had an issue. Of course, once you hit lvl 30 you start diving into all sorts of abilities and pick it up pretty quickly. But anyone who says Paladin is not the easiest tank in the game is not an actual tank, but someone who dabbles in it. I have a Guardian, Prot Pally, Prot Warrior, Brew Monk, VDH, and BDK. Paladin is the simple one.
I think that was the OP tank in 2013.
Dont forget Brewmaster Monk. I LOVE tanking on one mainly due to Threat management. They have Statue that you can place where ever then taunt it to easily pull Mobs to you without needing to move.
I have a macro made that taunts the statue. So wherever you place it mobs get taunted
Then you probably shouldnt be giving advice on tanking for someone who wants to be serious about it
Prot Warrior is
Charge
Thunder Clap
Shield Slam
Avengers > Judgement > Twirly hammer > Conc > SoTR when you have enough holy power.
Now make sure you don’t move out of conc or you lose some defenses, make sure to use shield on CD to keep up your defenses, when you get divine toll you now have to use that as your third spell to get the most out of it when you pull a group.
Reapply conc when you have moved 10 feet to pick up enemies someone else has pulled because they don’t understand, reapply it again, oops, on CD. Oh no, a DPS has pulled too much AOE and being a paladin you don’t have enough AOE to pull aggro back, looks like the DPS is going to die.
As for druid you can spam swipe, IF and thrash on CD in basically all content up to level 80, I’ve even seen people get KSM using just those three spells. You literally can just press W while spamming the same three spells over and over again and have minimal issues.
My ability to decipher your drivel has nothing to do with my opinions on tanking.
I mean at that point you’re talking about already understanding how to tank as a paladin.
Right now >90% of M+ tanks above +10 are paladins, and no pug will invite you to +12 or higher if you’re not a paladin, so do that if you want to go anywhere. Next season who knows.
Sounds like a great reason to make friends and not PUG.
And that’s why you don’t roll with the “meta” or FotM. Play what you like.
Why u not even mention vdh, what is this.
Bear then prot warr
I have 32 keybinds on my brewmaster
Really? I’ve always considered warrior to be easiest then pally then bear
it just doesnt feel beginner friendly anymore. Especially since the OP asked for ease of tanking for high keys.
prot warrior has like 3
