Im 2200 on this prot in 2s currently. So id say prot pal is one of the best. With Blood DK 2nd from my experience fighting them.
Prot pal has a lof of ways to keep his dps in there.

Do you think Prot + Ret would be good?
Also, how’s prot pally in BGs?
I’ve been playing with BM hunter as of late, been static hunter partner since s4 of BFA so I promise it ain’t just the fotm lol. But I think it works well with other melees like warrior, rogue, etc. It helps keep the pressure on if played right. As for bgs I think it’s solid, has it’s uses with the immunities and it’s much better since it doesn’t have mana issues anymore. Can sit bases well cause it has outs for cc too. Can also do decent dam in spurts or off heal.
