Best T1 solo leveler in endgame?

Trying to decide between druid hunter and lock

Druid seems fun, but worried about respec costs [Removed by Forum Moderator for toxicity.]

Hunter having mana is weird, probably going to be super overpopulated class as well.

Lock being a slow immobile potato, and having to go alliance to get easy raid spots.

mage?

Yeah if you want to even try to play Druid offspec it’s going to take a lot of effort, consumables, and convincing of other people to let you do it.

I guess Hunter mana is weird if you only played post change to focus but this is vanilla so you’re going to have to manage your mana just like everyone else. Hunter isn’t nearly as populated as Warrior, Mage, and Rogue. Especially among the hardcore players. Being at worst the median isn’t a big deal.

Yeah Lock is slow and immobile but that is the point, most classes will have to run away from you. Horde Locks also get a pretty easy raidspot.

shards are annoying and don’t stack =_=

This post doesn’t make any sense. You’re asking what the best end game leveler is. Endgame by definition means you’re no longer leveling. So the best class at leveling when you can no longer level? That would be… literally every class.

Hunters are the best levelers, followed by druids warlocks and mages

A lot of guides that put druid high up are from private servers where Front Shred builds are a thing. Front Shred wont work in Classic which will impact druid leveling speed.

Not quite…

he is asking for which class is best at endgame content, when choosing between the tier 1 leveling classes which are Hunter, Druid and Warlock.

So basically he wants to know which of those 3 classes to choose based on how they perform at max level.

If you want to heal druid is best.
If you want to tank druid is best.
If you want to mostly do dungeons Druid is best.
If you want to pvp they are all fine and best is personal preference.
If you want to raid as dps warlock is best.

Of those 3 I would choose warlock personally.

Warlock for endgame.
Going to be painful for the first few tiers then you will come into your own.

Druid if you want to heal will be solid too. Guranteed raid spot, fast gearing and fast leveling make them a good choice.

It just means you can spam shadowbolt as a 1 button rotation then blame your low DPS on gear until you get carried to AQ40.

Locks are always in demand in classic due to many, many utilities. Hunters are full of crazy wildcards, but come raid time, you do mid dps and will probably end up being there for some sort of buff or weapon, and druids will be healers. So, druid if you want to be a healer endgame but like pvp, hunter if you like overthinking 5-mans/pvp/ can compete like a boss, warlock if you want to be a hunter, but actually desirable for raids based on utility and not dps output, though your dps will be about that of a hunter.

Also, hunter’s having mana is, in my opinion, way better than focus. I used to ignore stam for int/agi as MM, people kept trying to convince me I wanted agi/sta and I was like, “Am I pvping?” “no.” “Then I’m a mage, gimme crit and mana”

ill agree with this post

You are going to like hunter WAY better with Mana. I gave up on Hunter when they changed to the garbage focus system.

THANK YOU

As mentioned above, if you don’t PvP you can stack agility, critical strike and intellect instead of stamina so you have high DPS and high Mana pool.

It’s mage or huntard. Just go mage. Better all around class imo.

Never played hunter, the only exp in vanilla I have is on warlock. I just assumed having mana as a hunter was bad.

Just trying to decide between the best 3 solo levelers for what to main.

Druid seems amazing, not the best healer but guaranteed raid spots so unless you are a meterslut who cares. And being the best FC’s in the game PvP wise you will always have a group (at least on retail finding an FC is always the hardest thing). I’m just annoyed that if i have to respec everytime i switch between PvE and WSG it’s going to cost an arm and a leg. Also I don’t have a deep desire to go DPS however do I still have to farm MCP for PvP or tanking dungeons etc…?

Do you actually like running flags? Like healing, it’s not a thing for everyone, and the better your team, the more boring and chorelike it is, making you feel like a gofer while everyone else has the fun. I also don’t see why you’d change spec between PvE and PvP if you’re willing to go resto. I don’t understand who made up this ferals are the best FCs myth either, I think it started in some “it’s okay to be offspec” thread.

I enjoy fc if it has voice, a random pug not so much. Healing? Idk never tried it but at least from my time on lock playing DPS isn’t exactly that much more exciting in pve than playing whack a mole with raid frames on private servers.

frost mage will most likely be server first 60

“Solo leveler in endgame”

That’s an oxymoron, no?
