BEST servers for PVP guilds? horde only, US

Whats are the best servers for PvP ? I.E. Im looking for servers with the most active PvP guilds that run all things PvP. US and Horde only.

I think Tich and Area 52 have the most active PvP guilds and I think Emerald Dream is pretty active but keep in mind that on is an RP server.

Area 52 has an active pvp scene really? I mean It is a big server but I’ve never seen much of anything.

You’re right I meant to say Darkspear don’t know why Area 52 popped in my head…I also meant to say used too…don’t know how really active they are sense we no longer have PvP servers.

thanks all! i want to join an active pvp guild and my 2 main servers barely have any so i would like to join a more active populated pvp scene

Emerald Dream has a very active pvp community.

Illidan used to be best for that but now it has all gone to A 52 for Horde and for Ally it would have to be possibly Tich for PvP.

there’s not really anything like an active lf pvp regularly guild anymore

at best you’ll find guilds like “THE MOVE” or “bought glad” that have anywhere from 15-40 online members at a time that just put like

“1800 xp monk lf q”

a-52 and illidan are pretty high pop though so it’s likely you’ll encounter more players but significantly less pvpers than tich which is almost exclusively all pvpers

Tich for horde, sargeras for alliance.

They’re the only main hubs left tbh, darkspear ED KT illidan all pretty dead PvP wise

Area52 is great for pve not so much pvp.

Recently moved to Tichondrius just to join because there are always people online. I’ve seen other guilds here too.
ED I’ve also heard is a solid realm, but also it’s an RP realm.

I xferred to Illidan back in the day for pvp and now it’s dead. Dumb. :frowning:

Anything from Original Rampage Battlegroup. Blizzard eventually got rid of battlegroups because the gaps between the best ad the worst began to grow so large that it was sometimes nearly impossible to compete against someone of a higher BG. Like for example, there was almost no way that a full cyclone group was going to beat a full Rampage group back in the day.

Both Numberphyle and Eli the Computer Guy did videos on why it is that viedo game algorithms still continue to exist even after they have been removed. It’s just the programming that is impossible to erase, no matter what you try and do.

That is why, even with the BGs merged, you are still more likely to see people from your own original battlegroup out in open world and in PvP even with CRZ.

I still see members of my original battlegroup, it is very rare for me to see people from a separate battlegroup. There were even some battlegroups so bad back in the day that they still had not done the Scarab Lord event, still had not cleared top 40 raids, had zero Gladiators and had no one above R9 in Classic BG tittles.

So that being said, stick to the good battlegroups and the best servers within them and you will be fine. I have a friend who used to be from Scilla and she said the whole time she was there she never saw a single gladiator. I wouldn’t be surprised if there never was one on the history of the server before the mergeing happened.

There used to be a big community of guilds known as Call to Arms for horde. Their counterpart was In The Clouds for Alliance. I think possibly that they have all gone away by now. There haven’t been too many good PvP only guilds since around 2015. All the ones I have tried to join have no one ever doing anything rated and all the ones I try to create end up having 90% of the guild becoming inactive in less then a few months.
