I am currently learning Spanish for my work and wanted to use WoW to immerse myself in the language a bit more. Does anyone have a server recommendation where there is a large population of Spanish speakers? I am interested in both retail and BC servers. Thanks.

Ragnaros or Quel’thalas. Latin American servers.

You have got a few choices. In the EU side Sanguino is big.
US side Ragnaros for Horde, Quel’thelas is a mix of Alliance/Horde.

There is a VERY big prejudice on Ragnaros. People from other servers may not want to group with you or even vote-kick you out.

I wont ever invite a rag or QT, but I wouldn’t kick them unless they repeatedly mess up.

I live in US but I’m in Ragna-Quel’thalas because when I came to US the most welcoming forum for me in StarCraft was LATAM forums (US forums was a rat-troll sh#thole, ironically xD)
So most of the friends I made were from Peru/Mexico (to be fair mostly Peru, idk why but they are very predominant in Starcraft)
So when I transitioned into WoW… F
But I kinda take pride on it, sometimes I lead BGs or raid achievements runs with 20 people from US servers and I have to earn respect from 0… to just undo it by trolling in other groups :3
You don’t need to go to Ragnaros, in Thrall server I have seen a lot of Spanish speaking people (they are everywhere but they rarely show themselves for obvious reasons xD)
I recommend Quel-thalas if you are alliance or a PvE player, Ragnaros’ culture was born from the fact that in the past was a PvP server, so if you like PvP Ragnaros is for you <3 (or horde)

That’s a shame, but now that you mention it I remember Rag having a bad rep back in the day. I suppose I could re-roll a NE demon hunter easily enough.
I would say Quel’thalas.
They have good and very friendly people. It is a very peaceful server and you will get a lot of different slang from all parts of the american continent.
I’m on Drakkari, good Latin server, less toxic than rag

If companies do that with China and Africa why can’t we?
Another funny fact, maybe that’s why all goblins I know in both US and LATAM servers are actually people from LATAM… shady stuff xD (I was buying like 5k eternal crystals at a time in Ragna for 100 gold each and reselling them in other servers for 2-3 times the profit)
