New to outlaw and trying to figure out when exactly I should reroll. Which buffs suck which are op, are some better in combination with others?
When you finally get your gear straight at 70 you want the set bonus to maintain RTB buffs. You want all of them as fast as you can at all times.
True bearing and broadside for uptime, ruthless percision and grand melee for damage if you’re reading tooltips. They all work together and you want them for as long as possible.
