Hello all i am wondering what your opinion is on the best pvp bg healer is besides disc priest. I have one of each class at least 50 and only really random bg anymore.
Currently, all healers can be played to a very successful degree (yes, even MW mains are able to top the 1m-1.5m+ albeit with a bit more effort than say a resto) so I guess it depends what you consider âbestâ for random bg healing. You just need to commit to one and learn to play it well.
Personally I like hpal and sac is a game changer and I hate casting, and I donât see myself ever playing a different healer, but theyâre honestly all good and it just depends on your healing preference. Rshamâs damage is really fun too.
Resto druid is the only healer Iâm not really impressed with so far in SL, havenât seen one do anything other than hot themselves and run around in bear form while their team dies around them.

True, but its not necessarily the specâs fault. They were given Cyclone baseline, they also have great tools like Ursolâs Vortex etc, but many random bg healers donât make full use of the kit. Oh, and there is Natureâs Swiftness back as baseline for resto iirc.
Yea, if someone just wants to spam raid healing in a bg, then rdruid is probably not the best. All the current mongo melee doesnât help either.
Healer main praying this gets fixed so soon. 
Its crazy that hpal basically doesnât even have a cast bar anymore.

WoG is nice but weâve always had amazing instants with things like martyr since legion
I donât have a rsham/druid/monk healer but I can tell you that I get top heals and almost never die in any BG as holy paladin, not because iâm tanky or have strong heals but simply because you can freedom yourself . For this reason I think druid might also be a good option. 99% of not dying is simply being able to get away from the zerglings that will do things like deathgrip my priest and then apply some 99% slow that is literally impossible to get away from
TBH, everyoneâs recommendation is valid. There are pros and cons with every healer.
Since you are speaking specifically about âRandomâ BGs, you can literally find high success with any of them. The most important thing is you play the healer that fits with your play style, and one you enjoy.
Iâd say try all your 50âs to test out healing and find that one that works best for you.

Rdruid is actually really fun in bgs, sure you may not be top healer but def useful toolkit. Iâm usually 100k healing under our holy pally in rbg group.

Yeah I have a friend who is a rdruid main and he has a lot of success with it.
I personally have found the 1 healer I donât enjoy playing is rdruid. My druid is staying to boomy 
But I literally think in a random BG setting every healer is viable.
Heck you could even argue prot pally might be the best random BG healer.
Thing about rdruid in this meta is you have to stay moving, and try no to waste nature swiftness early, itâs basically a lay on hand with a 1 min cd
