hey guys i just got into raid healing and I was wondering is there any other healing build than the wow head archon build?
I understand the spot healing is useful but I was looking for more of general healing everybody build.

I have one I can give it later if you want to change things up. But just know, you’re losing synergy with your set, and your non cd (spam) spells will be providing much less hps and costing much more mana which you will feel heavily on longer fights.
Holys healing everybody tools are extremely weak and due to their mastery, trail of light, and other tools archon has the spot healing build actually functions extremely well as an aoe / spread healing build too. That’s why it’s so widely recommended.
The reason why Lightweaver is the pick for this season is because of our tier set bonus. A single cast of Lightweaver Heal w/ a tier set proc - and all the talents includes - does more healing than the vast majority of our healing spells.
Our other end tree talents like Lightwell, Divine Word, etc. provide half the healing potential.
Oracle is also not good for raid healing because Archon Halo does 25% of our healing with a single button press. They’d have to massively buff Oracle (or nerf Archon Halo) to make Oracle a raid pick.
So to answer your question: there aren’t many choices this season. It’s Archon and Lightweaver.
I think this is it…. It’s…. Not really good. listen to Caithyra. If I were you would use their raid build or at least start with it. Linked my anti-spot heal build below, regretfully.

I’ve been very happy with my build. I do throw out Flash Heal when the opportunities arise but other than that it’s mostly just trying to overhealing everybody as a group as much as possible. You can drop a couple talents, like Trail of Light, for the last two (or three?) Prayer of Mending talents if you really want to avoid any single target healing.
