Iāll be making a Highmountain Tauren. I really like Bull Rush as a racial for tanks. They also take reduced damage.

Mechagnome and itās not even close. Defensive active, a cheat death, and a massive stat trinket.
Mechagnome is busted, itās just ugly.

I get it. Theyāre just busted from a racial stand point. Issue is the same as dracthyr though, restricted mogs.

Because you are, effectively, adding cake on cake if you double up on the effects. Iām not sure how they stack up but the thing to remember about Brewmaster Monks is that they are quite an āaggressiveā type of tank, where a lot of their value comes from their AoE in Dungeon settings whilst during raid they provide a different type of passive mitigation that pairs up well with tanks that have more upfront mitigations.
In a raid setting, the KulāTiran passive is probably better ā¦ but not comparable because of the sheer amount of damage that you take during a boss fight when progressing said boss. At which point mechanically thereās other options that are ābetterā (they are different but some stuff is more commonly better options, but all racials will help in some way or another).
This is why Vulperans have the best racial in the game though. Because regardless of the fight you are in, the quality of life improvement of Make Camp makes any and all of your gameplay more than worth it!
Ergo, best racial.
Most people donāt pick races based off of racials, and when people do, they do it because they want a specific racial. Not just āin-general best-all-aroundā racials. Of which Mechagnomes without a shadow of a doubt have the best in-general best-all-around racial from a performance perspective.

I ended up settling on Tauren for War Stomp.
I admit there were some times I used the haymaker on a mob in a delve or w/e and it was quite humorous!

The damage reduction applies to each separate tick of stagger.
Kul Tiranās āself-healingā doesnāt stack.

it depends on the current content. say what ever you want but dwarves and night elfs can break pve content.
